After exiting the ticket gates at Shin-Okubo Station, turn right and go straight. After crossing the crosswalk at the intersection, turn right onto Tsutsuji-dori and go straight. Turn left at the intersection where Shokuan-dori meets Shokuan-dori, and our shop is on the 9th floor of the building with a bakery called "ABEBE beaky" on the 1st floor. Enter the building to the right of the bakery and take the elevator at the end to the 9th floor.
